Bangkok Hosts Regional Cybersecurity Milestone as Cybersec Asia x Thailand International Cyber Week 2026 and AI ASIA Open New Digital Economy Opportunities 

Bangkok, Thailand – [4 February 2026] – Thailand stepped into the global spotlight today as Cybersec Asia x Thailand International Cyber Week 2026 (powered by NCSA), officially opened from 4-5 February 2026 at Plenary Hall 1,2,4, QSNCC in Bangkok—co-located for the first time with AI ASIA in a landmark move reflecting the inseparable future of cybersecurity and artificial intelligence. 

Organized by VNU Asia Pacific, this event is bringing together policymakers, tech innovators, and industry leaders from across Asia and beyond, positioning Bangkok as a strategic command center for digital trust, cyber resilience, and next-generation AI adoption. Over the next two days, more than 4,000 professionals are expected to converge at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center to explore cutting-edgesolutions, investment opportunities, and regional cooperation in the face of rapidly evolving cyber threats. 

Thailand as ASEAN’s Digital Security Hub 

Opening the event, Ms. Panadda Kongma, Vice-President Business of VNU Asia Pacific, emphasized the show’s role in strengthening Thailand’s digital economy. She was joined by Dr. Jaruwan Suwannasat, Senior Vice President of TCEB, who reaffirmed Thailand’s commitment to hosting high-value international technology events that drive trade, innovation, and talent development. 

International perspectives followed from Mr. Atul Kumar, Director of the Data Security Council of India, highlighting cross-border cyber cooperation, and AVM Amorn Chomchoey, Secretary-General of the NCSA, who underscored the urgency of national and regional cybersecurity readiness. The ceremony concluded with a tour of the exhibition floor, officially launching Southeast Asia’s most comprehensive cybersecurity and AI showcase.

The 2026 edition features 140 exhibitors and sponsors from 15 countries, with 60% international participation, across 3,500 sqm of exhibition space. Leading Thai innovators—including Yip in Tsoi, Nextwave, OPSWAT, SecureD, CompTIA or Acer Cybersecurity Thailand —stand alongside global giants such as Google Cloud Security, Bitdefender, Check Point Software, Synology, ManageEngine, Dream and Huawei. 

Making its debut this year, AI ASIA spotlights the next wave of innovation in AI infrastructure, cloud, data platforms, and applied AI solutions, designed to drive enterprise transformation across industries. Together, the co-located platforms provide a comprehensive view of how AI and cybersecurity must evolve hand-in-hand to support the region’s accelerating digital economy. 

The AI ASIA exhibition features a growing lineup of confirmed exhibitors, including Super Micro Computer, Sirisoft, SiS Distribution Thailand PCL., Com7 Public Company Limited, Datadog, and Seven Peaks Software, showcasing practical AI and cloud solutions for enterprise and industry applications. 

Cyber All Star Pavilion: Unity Against Digital Threats 

A headline attraction, the Cyber All Star Pavilion, showcases collaborative defense models across borders and industries. Featuring Protos Labs, Div0, TXOne Networks, ISC2, OT-ISAC, YesWeHack, Mimecast, and StealthMole Intelligence, the pavilion sends a powerful message: in cyberspace, collective defense is the only defense. 

International pavilions from China, Taiwan, India, Israel, and Thailand further underline the event’s global reach and its role as a bridge between technology providers and ASEAN markets.
