OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Job Description:

  • Working closely with Operations Manager, Assistant Operations Manager, and appointed contractors.
  • Supplier liaison and negotiating fees
  • Ensure procedures are in place for the monitoring of all information that has to be sent in from the exhibitors in order to ensure a smooth and trouble free exhibition.
  • Ensure the team has secured all exhibitor plans and that those plans meet the safety rule and regulations required by the venues in which we operate
  • Provide support to sales, marketing, sponsorship and Project Manager in order to ensure smooth running of event logistics.
  • Work with the selected third party contractors, suppliers and exhibitors to ensure smooth delivery of the events

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in any related field
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
  • 0 – 2 year working experience as supported or coordinator role, freshly graduate is welcome
  • Exhibition Operations experience is a plus
  • Cultural intelligence to work in an international team
  • A confident, can-do approach complimented by a competent problem solver
  • Excellent planning skill, being multitasker over the defined period and set right priorities under pressure
  • Must be resilient, hardworking with a sense of humor and ultimately a passion for events

PROJECT COORDINATOR AND ASSISTANT TO MD

Job Description:

1. Trade Show Organization

  • Exhibitor Service Promotion: Sales Support for the whole team.
  • Prepare and send mailings according to sales team data base for attracting high potential customers/visitors.
  • Responsible for keeping contact with existing customers and for contacting potential new customers.
  • Customizing/preparing presentations according to manager’s requirements.
  • Keeping in contact with potential and existing customers.
  • Execute visitor organization plans according to the project group’s requirements and report to the line manager when substantial discrepancy to the original plan happens;
  • In charge of program communication and assisting with development of visitor guide, flyer and translation of program or/and press releases.
  • Events: Organization of conferences and symposium at shows including hotel arrangements, admission charging and informing customers.

2. Cooperation with Other areas

  • Responsible for coordinating with Operations Department to meet the demands and questions of the organizers and exhibitors on field services, following principles set by the SPM.
  • Report to the line manager timely when unable to solve
  • Maintain contact and resolve issues together with the MarCom department to ensure the promotion goal set by the SPM.
  • Receive application forms, communicate and resolve exceptional matters in them with Finance department and project group leaders
  • Provide original suggestions on problems or innovative ideas to the project group for discussion

3. Assistant to MD

  • Managing MD’s schedule, meeting, traveling, expenses reimbursement, etc.
  • Assisting MD in some research as assigned

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Good command of English
  • Strong communication, responsible, swift, willing to serve, work well under pressure
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Well organize, able to manage multiple tasks and schedule

Digital Marketing Executive

Job Description:

  • Manage and execute digital marketing and communication activities and ensure a consistent image of the show brand.
  • Assist to develop current activities on all digital fronts including website content management, SEO, email marketing and social media campaign management on Facebook, Google Ads, Linked-In as well as Online Applications together with the project teams.
  • Main center of contact with our event partners for implementation of joint marketing and communication activities.
  • Implement project digital marketing planning and related procurement.
  • Maintain and develop existing campaign database in CRM
  • Compile monthly digital marketing reports and make suggestions for campaign optimization.
  • Other assignment in MARCOM team as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, marketing communications, public relations (PR) or related discipline
  • 1 – 3 years’ experience in managing and executing digital marketing campaigns, especially in Trade Show business.
  • Experience in using Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Linked-In Ads and proficiency in understanding of keyword optimization tools
  • Excellent English in both oral and written skills.
  • Proficiency in PC applications, e.g. MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), G-suite, MailChimp and SendGrid (E-Newsletter platform)

ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER

Job Description:

  • To monitor the P&L of the assigned event(s) and make sure they are recorded correctly and complied to the procedure
  • To work with project co-ordination team, operations team and marketing team to ensure the quality of the events.
  • To manage and direct the project team in implementing the marketing plans and budgets for the assigned shows.
  • To compile project plan, marketing plan, sales strategy paper and sales action plan.
  • To coordinate and assist the International Market Developer (Sales) Team and support them to achieve the sales target
  • To maintain high awareness of industry trends, climate, players, distribution and issues.
  • To develop and maintain good working relationships with business partners, including trade associations, trade boards and relevant supporting media.
  • To coach and develop team members.
  • To prepare and submit accurate and timely reports
    • Quarterly forecasts
    • Competitive show reports
  • To be responsible for floor plan management, contract and payment collections and customer service.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management, Operations or customer support. Exhibition industry experience is preferable
  • Good understanding and relevant knowledge in business culture.
  • Have a strong command of both spoken and written English
  • Creative and strategically thinking.
  • Good Commercial sense.
  • Mature, excellent inter-personal communications and presentation skill
  • Able to work under pressure and multi-tasked.
  • Well- organized, Hardworking and self-motivated.

INTERNATIONAL MARKET DEVELOPER / SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Description:

  • Exhibition sales, sales, sales for growth, growth and growth!
  • Strong sales drive, push sales for existing and new fields of the project and leading the project to meet the sales targets
  • Develop strong relationships with industry associations and multiplier
  • Generate sales leads for our exhibition portfolio in Asia-Pacific
  • Maintain close communication with partners and industry associations, acquire their new trends
  • Understand history and current developments of counter-exhibitions, and raise corresponding maximum-beneficial plans
  • Ensure the maintenance of exhibitor and visitor’s database

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above in any related field
  • 2 – 4 years working experience as Sales / Business Development field
  • Working experience from Exhibition Industry is preferred
